Return Policy: 

Thank you for your purchase from Light Your World by Yomama. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help! In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Shipping charges incurred with your original order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with labels. 

To be eligible for a refund, refunds are issued 7 days after we receive the item. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. 

To start an exchange or refund, you can contact us at lightyourworld20@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include photos of the damage or issue. 

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be shipped a new item of the same value. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
